Key Responsibilities\r\nPerform full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations\r\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements\r\nManage general ledger entries and adjustments\r\nOversee payroll processing and related journal entries\r\nMaintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts\r\nSupport budgeting and forecasting activities\r\nPrepare and file sales tax, GST\/HST, and other regulatory returns\r\nLiaise with external accountants for year-end review\/audit and tax filings\r\nAssist in improving accounting processes and internal controls\r\nProvide financial insights and support to management as needed\r\n\r\n
