Senior Administrative Assistant

Responsible for providing assistance to the Vice President, General Manager. Will research and compile data, develop reports, complete special projects, and assist in coordinating the planning activities for the business.

What you will be responsible for:

Manage VP, GM’s calendar and independently schedules appointments.Screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently when possible.Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents.Act as custodian of documents and records.Maintain organizational files and records.Communicate on behalf of VP, GM to various company employees and customers, as needed.Coordinate activities including:
Scheduling meetingsSetting up conference callsDealing with overseas clientsArrange travel itineraries, domestic internationalAll other duties as assigned

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least two (2) years of related work experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentTyping 60 wpm

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $31.25 to $33.65 per hour. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life/and ADD insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
