This position will report to the Finance Manager, treasury, planning and risk management, and will work with the companies\u2019 leadership team and investment partners improving all aspects of financial analysis and reporting.\r\n

Key Responsibilities:\r\nForecasting & Financial Planning\r\nEnhance and manage the monthly and annual forecasting process for revenue, costs, and profitability.\r\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather key data and assumptions for financial forecasts.\r\nProvide timely and accurate financial forecasts to support business decisions at the product, regional, and account levels.\r\nIdentify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.\r\n\r\nProfitability Analysis (Product, Region, and Account)\r\nAnalyze product profitability to ensure the company's products are priced and produced in a way that meets financial goals.\r\nConduct detailed regional profitability analyses, considering cost of goods sold (COGS), regional overhead, and operational expenses. Along with landed cost analysis for various geographies.\r\nPerform account-level profitability assessments to ensure the right products are being sold to the right customers at the right margins.\r\nRecommend adjustments to pricing, product mix, or sales strategy based on profitability analyses.\r\n\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Support\r\nCollaborate with the supply chain, procurement, sales, and operations teams to obtain key data inputs and insights.\r\nAssist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.\r\nProvide support for strategic decision-making, highlighting opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\r\n\r\nFinancial Reporting & Data Integrity\r\nPrepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.\r\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data related to product costing, profitability, and forecasting.\r\n\r\nAd Hoc Analysis & Continuous Improvement\r\nPerform ad hoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives.\r\nContinuously improve the financial forecasting and reporting process, identifying areas for automation or increased efficiency.\r\n\r\n
