Essential Job Functions:

Works closely with HR & Operations leaders to develop, monitor, and deliver staffing plans based on attrition, and designed to achieve productivity and performance goals unique to each line of businessDevelop and maintain accurate forecasts to predict staff need under a variety of intake volumes, and conditions using data/statistical analysis, simulation modeling and other mathematical methodologiesUsing a combination of job data and performance metrics, assess the current roles within the company to determine efficacy and identify areas for improvementReview forecasting accuracy (forecasts to actuals) and schedule effectiveness (staff paid/staff need/staff schedule/staff available) with WFM staff and work together to reduce variations in order to ensure performance and productivity goals are metDevelop operational production plans to efficiently allocate staff resources against workloadPlan and execute analysis – often interrogating data and other information to perform root cause analysis and develop an impact assessmentDevelop knowledge of daily operations and collaborate with supervisors, managers, and front-line staff to uncover operational problems as they occur and formulate solutions and improvement opportunitiesOther tasks and activities as directed by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceMid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.3-5 years of experience in staffing/planning and/or workforce management analysis: Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Staffing, Performance, Utilization, etc. preferredExperience with conducting and interpreting mathematical or statistical studies and creation of forecast models, specifically those geared towards staffing plansExceptional proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically ExcelAbility to define data requirements, gather and validate data and other information, and apply judgment to statistical testsProficiency in data analysis tools or software (experience with Tableau or Visier is a plus)Organizational skills, strong attention to detailCommunicating critical thought through verbal and written context

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

₹1.00 - ₹1.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
