What You Will Do:

Validate authorization records data in Collins systems for compliance, accuracy, and completeness, monitoring authorization records to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and escalate recordkeeping issues to the Authorization Manager, generate and analyze reports to identify and mitigate policy and regulatory risksSupport preparation for audits, assessments, and resulting corrective action closuresTrack and perform transactional audits of export/import authorization records to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsSupport and assist our Global Trade Relationship Managers (GTRM) and Authorization Coordinators (AC) as necessary to facilitate job responsibilitiesAdhere to and comply with Standard Work ProcessesOccasional travel to Collins Aerospace locations for meetingsRespond to internal customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

What You Will Learn:

You'll gain specialized expertise in export control and compliance, enabling you to effectively navigate regulatory requirements, facilitate international trade, and mitigate compliance risks

Qualifications You Must Have: 

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related fieldWorking knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
