From validating authorization records to supporting high-stakes audits, your work will directly impact our ability to operate seamlessly across borders. What You Will Do:
Validate authorization records data in Collins systems for compliance, accuracy, and completeness, monitoring authorization records to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and escalate recordkeeping issues to the Authorization Manager, generate and analyze reports to identify and mitigate policy and regulatory risksSupport preparation for audits, assessments, and resulting corrective action closuresTrack and perform transactional audits of export/import authorization records to ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsSupport and assist our Global Trade Relationship Managers (GTRM) and Authorization Coordinators (AC) as necessary to facilitate job responsibilitiesAdhere to and comply with Standard Work ProcessesOccasional travel to Collins Aerospace locations for meetingsRespond to internal customer inquiries in a timely and efficient mannerWhat You Will Learn:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related fieldWorking knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)Qualifications We Prefer:
