Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Niles, Illinois. In this role, you will focus on analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize operations. Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes and financial data to identify opportunities for operational improvements. • Develop and document process improvement plans and business solutions based on data findings. • Facilitate workshops to map current workflows, design future states, and perform gap analyses. • Collaborate with process owners to create and execute transformation roadmaps. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders to gain alignment and support. • Lead project execution by developing detailed plans, establishing performance standards, and monitoring progress. • Create and maintain business requirement documents to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
