Position Summary
 To coordinate the planning, design, prototyping and testing for chain components development and component design for customer applications
 Supporting the supplier development team for technical reviews, to finalize designs and for supplier validations
 To participate in the development of new products and concepts
 Support on the Chain components VAVE;
 Support on the returned hardware analysis and failure analysis;

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Engineering lead of Chain product designCommunication with SupplierDevelop product specificationSupport BW engineering teams and ensure that all specification requirements are met on timeSupport localization of components and modulesDocumentation of project related engineering dataSupport cost reduction activitiesSupport product improvement initiativesSupport production facilities and ensure that product meets production requirementsSupport on the chain components design validation plan;

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Mechatronics Engineering, Master would be a plusMin. 3 years experiences in development of products in automotive industryExperience with working with Local Chinese Automotive OEM customers (preferred)Self-assurance, good communications skillsMicrosoft Office, CAD operation preferableEnglish: Fluent
