We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Techno Functional Lead Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions as part of our S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary EWM lead, guiding functional consultants and business stakeholders through all project phases including blueprinting, realization, and post-go-live support.
Your Role: Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions, including embedded or decentralized deployments on S/4HANA.Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations for warehouse processes.Manage and coordinate EWM-related activities across functional, technical, and business teams.Own the end-to-end delivery of EWM functionality including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, RF integration, and warehouse task management.Oversee the development of functional specifications and work closely with developers on custom enhancements.Have good technical understanding – ABAP debugging, enhancements, idoc processing, RF developments and interface management.Review the data load objects and the custom programs built to address the success of inbound, outbound, STO, dock management, quality inspections and RF processes.Manage the team of functional and technical consultants across locations ( offshore and onshore)Ensure system stability in the data loads and smoke testing the key processesMentor and provide guidance to junior EWM consultants and cross-functional teams.Your skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP EWM, with 3 FLC (preferably experience on S/4HANA).Deep understanding of EWM functionalities: warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, resource management, cross-docking, physical inventory, slotting, kitting, RF framework.Experience with integration to SAP MM, SD, and Transportation Management (TM).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.SAP Certifications preferred- EWM on S/4HANA.Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
