The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, supplier management, and end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires expertise in cost negotiation, risk mitigation, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for: + Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supply assurance. + Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs and improve resilience. + Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors. + Apply supply chain best practices and drive process automation. + Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, finance, and manufacturing. + Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs. + Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. + Promote digital transformation in sourcing operations. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are Commodity Management & Sourcing. As a minimum you must have: + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Administrative fields (e.g., LNI, IMA, IIA). + 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or quality. + Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BPCS). + Intermediate conversational English (minimum). + Strong data analysis, blueprint interpretation, and quotation review skills. + Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). It would be nice if you have: HVAC Knowledge: + PMP certification or equivalent. + Experience in metal-mechanical, automotive, or assembly industries. + Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
