Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Benefits Analyst to join our EMEA Total Rewards team, with a specific focus on Central and Eastern European countries. Based in Lithuania, this role will be critical in designing, delivering, and optimizing employee benefit programs across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global reward strategies.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the regional subject matter expert for employee benefits across CEE, supporting design, implementation, and governance of benefit programs.
Lead annual benefits review and renewal processes across CEE markets, liaising with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth data analysis on regional benefit trends, costs, utilization, and competitiveness. Present findings and strategic recommendations to the Benefits Manager.
Provide guidance on benefits-related queries and policy interpretation to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
Drive continuous improvement by establishing streamlined processes, identifying efficiencies, and recommending technology or vendor solutions.
Partner with external vendors, payroll teams, and HRIS to ensure accurate data flow, integrations, and smooth operations.
Lead or support global and regional Total Rewards projects, including M&A integrations, benefit harmonizations, and systems enhancements.
Deliver high-quality internal communications for benefit programs, including open enrolment materials, FAQs, and webinars.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, and reporting obligations across relevant jurisdictions.
Coach and mentor junior analysts or HR team members on regional benefits practices and tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of experience in employee benefits or total rewards, ideally in a multinational or regional role within CEE.
Deep knowledge of benefits regulations, market practices, and vendors across Central and Eastern Europe.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
Demonstrated experience working with global HRIS systems e.g., Workday and benefits platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong project management and vendor management capabilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages from the CEE region are a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Significant experience required in a similar role; minimum expected 8 years post bachelor’s degree.
Experience of working with a globally matrixed organization.
Strong vendor management skills with the ability to understand contracts, setting of service level agreements and challenging non-compliance.
Experience of managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business cases.
Able to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders on an international basis.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Previous experience of M&A activity / benefits harmonization.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Workday (or comparable HR System) experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a breadth of software/benefit administration systems.
Benefits or Rewards Remuneration professional certification or master’s degree in business, tax, Human Resources or a related field.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communication or Liberal Arts will be advantageous.
Travel Requirements: <5% Minimal, infrequent travel
