Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 2-3 days per week in the office

Verifying the quality of contractual agreements according to given audit criteriaBilling systems readiness verification for clients’ accountsValidation of billing triggers for delivered servicesInitiate invoicing processesMonitor billing quality to ensure compliance with contractual agreementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate errorsManaging custom billing projects, according to AT&T customer needsPerform basic data mining and analysis to support business intelligenceStay updated on emerging technologies and AI trends

Required Skills:

2+ years' experience of working on a Billing Analyst or similar accounting positionGood practical experience with electronic billing proceduresExcellent knowledge of MS Office: especially ExcelFamiliarity with Power BI and SQL databasesStrong communication and teamwork skillsGood organizational and time-management skillsResponsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlinesUniversity degree (1st /2nd grade) in accounting or similar Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their applicationsCrystal Reports over SQL Server
