We are seeking a skilled **Senior Digital Operations Support Analyst to join our Manufacturing Tower - Analytics COE** **_Financial Services Division**
The incumbent would be responsible for Providing support and idea analysis for GFSO COE strategy proposals.
This role will be based out of **Bangalore-Whitefield office**
**What you will do**
+ Assists Analytics COE Continuous Improvement Manager in technical analysis of proposed projects.
+ Works with technical teams (datalake, IT, etc.) to review data needs, risks, and maintenance requirements. Research data sources and interfaces and evaluates replication opportunities across the enterprise.
+ Provides technical cost analysis and acts as the liaison between team members proposing the idea, technical teams, and the Continuous Improvement Manager. If projects is approved and prioritized for implementation the role will support technical team business analysis and requests.
+ Creates digital mockups of proposal ideas and presents in leadership reviews.
+ May also assist in the technical progression of a proposal to production.
+ This role will need advanced capabilities working with and developing tools using Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Query, Power Automate, Snowflake, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses.
**What you will have**
+ Education Qualification: Degree in Accounting or Degree in Computer Science related field with MBA
+ 3+ years’ experience working with data science related projects
+ Advanced capabilities working with and developing tools using Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Query, Power Automate, Snowflake, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses.
+ Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
+ Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
+ Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
+ Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
+ Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
+ Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
+ Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
+ **5days work from office**
