We are looking for a Senior Director Global Pricing Systems - WTP.

\n\n\n

\n\nHow will you contribute to the success of DHL?\n1.Lead\nThis is a central role for WTP, it provides direction and guidance to direct reports, peers and cross functional stakeholders. It provides a framework for WTP to work efficiently and effectively, anticipates market trends and reacts quickly to market dynamics anticipating changes. This role is also key in liasing, managing and engaging with senior audiences such as Pricing ExCom, Finance ExCom, Commercial ExCom, GMB and others.
\n2. Design and Engineering\nThis role designs and engineers business solutions aimed at capturing maximum customer willingness-to-pay and growth SME revenue, through deliberation, workshops, user feedback and customer feedback, with the intent of automating processes or integrating them into the Global Commercial technological suite. Examples are, refining the model for WTP, introducing new variables, vetting variables and data sources with Pricing ExCom, adding functionality to WTP such as Dynamic Discounting and first offer made using WTP\n3. Documentation and approvals\nThis role is responsible for documenting and vetting systems requirements with all appropriate parties, pursuing approvals for budget and resources and aiming at expedient development, testing and release to market.\n4. Implementation\nThis role is critical in the planning of releases and prioritization of implementation, from supporting with testing, engaging with IT and BICOE and developers, to collecting user feedback and monitoring releases carefully.

\nDo you have what it takes?\n

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and possesses a minimum of 20+ years of experience in an analytical function, with a strong preference for experience in a Pricing role within a specific country or region. Alternatively, the candidate may hold a Master's degree with at least 15+ years of experience in a similar analytical capacity, particularly in Pricing.

\n

In addition to the educational background and experience, the candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in advanced data analytics, AI, and Machine Learning, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in these areas. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration in a diverse work environment.
