Develop and implement lean production processesCreate and maintain process documentation, layouts, time-studiesInitiate continuous improvement activities in order to improve productivity (assembly and test) Support and train production personnel in process related issuesSupport customers and suppliers in process related mattersImplement innovative methods and apply modern technology in operationWHAT WILL YOU NEED:Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial engineeringSignificant understanding of manufacturing processes in industrial and aero environmentWorking experience with AS 9100 standardsSolid knowledge of Lean ManufacturingExcellent problem solving and communication skillsExperience using CAD software,Ability to manage multiple tasks and projectsFluent English and PolishSpanish language skills would be an advantage
