- Overall responsibility of calibration and maintain the records for the same as per SOP and responsible for plant maintenance. -Handling of QMS documents through QMS software. - To keep the production equipment/instrument in ready start of effective utilization.\ -To improvise equipment for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns. -Execution of annual preventive maintenance schedule of plant machines for one of the Block as per procedure define in SOP. -Prepare and execute Building maintenance schedule for one of the Block as per procedure define in SOP. -To keep the production equipments in ready state for effective utilization. -To improvise equipments for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns. -Coordination with suppliers/service providers for repairs and plant maintenance. -To maintain stock of recommended spares, consumable for critical equipments. -To submit daily, monthly and other Periodical report to department head related to engineering activities. -To install new equipment with in schedule time. -To ensure that hygienic condition is maintained in Production Area after maintenance job as per SOP. -To monitoring/tracking of breakdown maintenance report. -To maintain and check engineering document as per GEP and proper handling of engineering documents.
