About the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Supervisor to join our team full-time, based on-site at Osborne, SA. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Please note: Australian Citizenship is required due to client contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of facility services across the site. Coordinate and supervise contractors, maintenance teams, and site activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules. Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide regular reporting on facility operations, budgets, and contractor performance.About You
Proven experience in facilities management or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance standards.
