Senior Finance Manager
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Our client, a global leader in engineering solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their U.S. operations team. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all facets of financial management, including planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
The Senior Finance Manager will lead a high-performing finance team, providing expert guidance to drive financial performance, support business objectives, and promote operational excellence.
Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities:
Senior Finance Manager Required Qualifications: CPA qualification is required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA desirable). Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles. Experience leading Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables teams. Experience in Project-Based/Contract accounting. Previous experience as a Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance within a USA Finance team (Private-Equity environment preferred). Proven ability to lead change and motivate teams Proficiency in Excel and accounting software applications (Experience with SAGE preferred). Excellent analytical and modeling skills with the ability to make informed business recommendations.

Salary: $150K - $170K * Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
