Senior Food Service Attendant - Providence Alaska Medical Center

Under limited supervision directly coordinates daily activities in various locations within restaurant services on the PAMC campus.  Serves beverages and food items in a variety of formats that requires very strong customer service interaction skills.  Complies with HACCP guidelines and ensures proper cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and equipment.  Assists with staffing and coordination of daily activities of the Restaurant Services staff.

Position is per diem, 0.01 FTE, Variable shift, hours per week are as needed, and not guaranteed.

Required Qualifications: 

National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Specific vocational training. Training can be provided in a school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.1 year of Training or on the job training in quantity food preparation and basic principles of sanitation and safety in food handling.Previous employee supervision.
