Airswift is looking for a Senior General Installation Manager to join our client in Lyon!

Contract: 24-months initially, could be extended

Our client is a globally engineering, construction and services entity, providing to its customers turnkey solutions to reduce all kinds of emissions to Air, Water, Earth.

Responsibilities Produce and have produced project plans (2D and 3D) in accordance with the instructions of the PIs/CPs Optimize while taking into account the constraints of the different business lines (Process, GC, Structure, Access, Wiring, Piping, Erection, Safety, Maintenance) Functionally supervise service providers Validate the different interfaces Ensure data consistency Comment, validate, and integrate supplier documents Update or have "MASTER" documents updated Participate in technical meetings with suppliers and subcontractors in support of the PIs Participate in client meetings regarding the implementation in support of the PIs Intervene on site for surveys and technical support Profile: Mechanical training or industrial engineering with proven experience in the field of engineering of turnkey industrial assemblies in process industries. Will need to be available for travel Technical knowledge in general installation Constructive knowledge of AML processes and standards Proficiency in Autocad 2D, Microstation 3D software and Microsoft Word and Excel Practice of English and its technical vocabulary according to the project Health, Safety and Environment: standard and reference work Ability to anticipate difficulties and propose solutions Awareness of financial and business issues Autonomy: ability to make the right decisions Communication: ability to convey direction and persuade Rigour: strict in the application of procedures and commitments Responsiveness: able to react to hazards Critical thinking: analysis and a spirit of progress
