We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to architect impactful solutions, guide our GenAI strategy, and lead a high-performing team through a transformational phase of AI adoption.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership

Lead the development of generative AI chatbot solutions from the ground up, including strategic planning, design,  and technical executionAct as a thought leader, aligning chatbot capabilities with business goals and recommending best practicesDevelop a roadmap for GenAI chatbot development and enhancement, working closely with stakeholdersShape the long-term vision of automated, AI-assisted workflows across key business areas

Technical Responsibilities

Architect and implement GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, CoPilot Studio, and various AI Development technologiesCraft and fine-tune prompts for generative AI use casesDeploy and manage chatbot components across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and performanceDesign and integrate systems to monitor and validate chat quality, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and an amazing user experienceDevelop and maintain applications and integrations to support chatbot functionalities

What You'll Need

Strong experience in Cloud AI Development (Amazon Bedrock, CoPilot Studio, or Azure AI), prompt engineering, RAG, and foundational LLM modelsExpertise in LLM fine-tuning techniques: sanitizing, chunking, indexing, post-training, and reinforcement learningProven experience integrating AI solutions into MS and AWS environments across all development stagesProficient in Python, React, AWS CDK and LambdaSolid software engineering background with a focus on backend developmentExperience deploying production-grade GenAI applications with real business impact

The starting pay range for this position is:

$129,400.00 - $172,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
