Serve as the subject matter expert for all government subsidized programs, including program eligibility rules, filing deadlines, funding criteria, financial discount formulas, forms, company policies & processes.Directly responsible for working with the governing bodies of all programs: Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and/or the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Assist Government Subsidized Program Analysts (I & II) with questions, escalations and complex billing requests.Assist sales representatives in complying with Regulatory and government requirements for E-Rate, RHC, CTF, and other government subsidized programs. This includes collecting and retaining required information during the pre-sale and post-sale process and communicating with customers about funding requirements.Perform multiple account activities related to account setup, billing, and payment processing. Educate others on Salesforce, CSG, ICOMS, SharePoint, and how they are used to enable Charter’s participation in government subsidized programs.Manage delinquencies by performing collection efforts while assisting customers with government required forms, filings and initiated audits.Work with GSP leadership to manage Government Subsidized Programs Analysts (I & II) conduct routine evaluations and provide coaching as needed.Facilitate meetings and train Analysts (I & II) on policies, procedures and tools.

Are you passionate about process and program management? The Senior Government Programs Analyst will help assist in the development and management of all department procedures. They should serve as the department’s main point of contact for Analysts (I & II) before the Supervisor for questions about the programs or processes. In addition, they will work closely with the Supervisor to mentor the team along with facilitating meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of formal education, training and experienceSkills:4+ years using CSG/ICOMS or other billing system experience4+ years with Salesforce platform or similar application4+ years of experience with E-Rate, RHC, CTF or other government subsidized programsWell versed in analyzing data, applying complex information and general ledger knowledgeWorking knowledge of SharePoint.Can develop strong relationships with cross-functional teamsAptitude to grasp new concepts and drive continuous operational improvementsProven communicator with capability to translate and communicate complex conclusions in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Experience:4+ years of operations experience4+ years of financial and/or data analysis experience 1+ years of legal/Regulatory support experience3+ years of sales or relationship-management experience3+ years of project management experience1+ year of experience in leadership or leading a teamPreferred Qualifications
