In the role of Senior Laboratory Planner, we'll count on you to:
Plan, organize and manage all phases of planning work for one or more major projects Demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature professional judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented planning and design phases of a projectAct in an advisory capacity on administrative, technical and regulatory aspects of architecture planning Oversee development and implementation of plans for the utilization of land and physical facilities of cities, counties and metropolitan areasEnsure that planning services are commensurate with professional standards, client requirements and corporate objectivesInterface with Project Managers to determine specific project staffing needsPerform other duties as needed #LI-JF1Keywords: Senior Laboratory Planner, American Institute of Certified Planners, Architecture
Preferred QualificationsCertification by the American Institute of Certified Planners
Required QualificationsAssociate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 15 years of engineering experience in the discipline to be supportedAptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supportedExtensive knowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supportedProven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environmentsProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
