The Senior Manager of Digital Product eCommerce Integrations is a strategic leader responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, focused on assessing customer needs and inspiring cross functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs. The Senior Manager, DPM is accountable for driving and executing the vision and development of the e-Commerce digital product roadmap across multiple classes of trade. Within their designated product function, this role oversees the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, guiding cross-functional teams including engineering, development, UX Design, Marketing, and Sales to value-driven outcomes.
This role is responsible for managing our API Integrations workstream of our e-Commerce solution and requires a strong analytical and technical acumen, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments. The Senior Manager, DPM is a proactive problem-solver and a visionary thinker, understanding how to scale digital products in order to unify disparate sites within Cardinal Health. The Senior Manager of Digital Product plays a critical role in driving the company’s digital transformation, enhancing user experience, and achieving growth targets, all while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Planning

10+ years of experience in eCommerce Product Management, Digital Transformation, agile product management or a related function preferredMastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based environment and overseeing multiple productsMastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically within digital transformation, test driven development, and continuous deploymentMastery of working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basisProficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at multiple levels within an organizationMastery of working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development teamProficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user storiesProficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needsMastery of identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product valueProficiency of conducting competitive research and analysisProficiency in guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional settingProficiency in managing and growing team members in a professional setting5+ years Agile SDLC experience preferredExperience partnering with and managing third party eCommerce partners (Adobe, HCL, Coveo, Verint) Jira and/or Confluence experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred, MBA preferredSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
