OverviewThe Senior Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing and managing compensation, benefits and recognition programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent. This role is a member of human resources team, reporting to the Vice President of Employee Experience and Talent, and will manager four direct reports around the globe, with a total team of eight employees.
Responsibilities Works with the Vice President to develop the annual budget, and tracks/monitors the annual spend for all benefits, compensation, and recognition programs. Assess cost/benefit analysis for program spending and recommend program enhancements Develop recommendations to enhance our end-to-end processes that supports a satisfying experience for all staff in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, and recognition Ensure competitive pay structures, optimizing benefits offering for team-members globally Manage all employee transactions & benefit operations, including data feeds and governance to insurance vendors and third-party administrators Manage all relevant HR related audit activity and ensure full compliance Assess and communicate areas of risk to ensure HR is operating with high values and ethics Develop and mentor staff for future growth and advancement Responsible for HR aspect of all company due diligence activity (acquisitions, integrations, etc.) Be a resource to support broader HR programs and initiatives as directed QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience managing total rewards for a similar employee size and global footprint.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience managing operations within total rewards.
Knowledge and Skill:
Broad knowledge of HR practices including compensation, benefits, employee recognition platforms. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR programs and processes. Strong understanding of the end-to-end HR calendar/cycle and interrelationships among various HR sub-domains Demonstrated project leadership skills, including ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams, and prioritize varied Strong ability to interact, influence and build relationships with all levels of staff, management, and executives Strong ability to understand, balance, and articulate both tactical and strategic planning issues Strong quantitative, analytical (technical and business), and problem-solving skills What do we offer In exchange for your expertise, HireRight offers an excellent employee benefit package which includes:
