SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  
Empower the regional sales team with tools & resources to elevate execution while supporting wholesalers’ 1- & 3-year planning processes concurrently. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Ensure execution calendar is meeting Regional Commercial initiatives by utilizing data sources to target growth channels and consumers. 

Own Account Segmentation routine and develop case studies to scale strategy across different markets. 

Elevate Wholesaler Joint Business Plan process via partnership with Commercial Team. 

Own West Region Activation Army Strategy supported by data and deliver best results via robust tracking and measuring. 

Develop case studies showing incrementality and strong ROI to unlock future funding opportunities within region. 

Serve as strategic lead for bringing programs and investment to life with wholesalers in each region: WJBP, EDGE, CPC, various incentives. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's Degree required 

5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience 

In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization 

Strong communication skills, both internal and external 

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools 

In-Office role
