We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Senior Manager- Sales, Business Development Team to join our team in Hanoi. Responsibilities: Growth and Sales + Working closely with Head of Growth to drive business development best practice + Accountable for executing the in-country Health Solutions revenue growth plan and focused on sales and growth. + Executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated revenue and contributing to the annual planning cycle. + Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process. + Shared ownership of the Pipeline with the Head of Growth + Ensuring Revenue Engine is applied consistently with Local Market Plans (LMP), Aon-connect Marketing (Campaigns), Client Facing and Innovation/Client Value + Coordinating, aligning and focusing best resources to pipeline opportunities. + Coordinating with broking assistant to propose best solution for prospects + Implementing all best practice sales & marketing procedures + Setting KPI performance (Local Market Planning, Numbers of cold call/meetings secured) and execute as set; + Developing and co-leading to win new large accounts Operational Excellence + Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform. + Delivering sales management reporting as required to Head of Growth + Working with Head of Account Management, Nationwide to create sustainable divisional growth plans, LMP, and Management of Aon Connect discipline + Supervising the team on day-to-day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs achieved Leadership + Managing direct reports as required, ensuring that teams ’ objectives are aligned with the overall country strategy, that their performance is satisfactory and that they are taking the necessary action continually to develop their capability as business leaders + Building trusted relationships with the leadership that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities. + Acting as support and escalation points for team members.
