Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager Total Rewards _ to join our AP Total Rewards Team.
This role will be based out of Bangalore, Whitefield office
What you will do
Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of benefit and total health & wellbeing programs, compensation management, employee relocation & expatriate management and retirement programs.The role acts as the functional expert in one or more Total Rewards disciplines and manages a team of Total Rewards Specialist, Partners or Senior Partners.The role manages and leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challengesEnsure the Total Rewards programs enhance our ability to recruit and retain employees.Review existing programs, propose modification to existing programs or design of new programs to ensure the achievement of a competitive market position aligned with our business and talent objectivesLead the design and implementation of Total Rewards programs including project management, communication, change management and vendor management. Lead internal team(s) to ensure delivery of Total Rewards programs, processes, and services, ensures compliance with company or legal requirements and securely manages employee data in line with company policies Manages external vendors, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics.What you will have
A minimum of 10 - 15 years of pertinent experience in the Compensation and Benefits domain is required.Experience in Project Management, coupled with leadership capabilities, is essential.A solid comprehension of Total Rewards Strategy and Operations, and willingness to lead tasks hands on is essentialStrong functional knowledge of benefits, retirals and compliance is desiredFamiliarity with Workday compensation tools and a strong digital mindset are importantA bachelor’s degree is mandatory.5 days’ Work from Office is an expectationSkills desired

• Reviews benefits reports and analyzes financial aspects of recommended alternatives.

Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies and processes within an organization.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Determines if compensation management objectives are in line with overall business objectives.
• Advises the management team on compensation issues, such as pay structure.
• Oversees the implementation of compensation programs within the organization.
• Evaluates the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs.
• Teaches others the implementation processes for different compensation programs, (e.g. executive compensation.)
• Adjusts the organization's compensation polices based on market trends and industry policies.
Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Interprets key interfaces and inter-dependencies among retirement and other benefits programs.
• Participates in the design of retirement benefits programs.
• Monitors the legal and regulatory environment for all major programs.
• Consults on various types of retirement programs.
• Recommends the best solutions of retirement programs within a given geographical area.
• Evaluates similarities and differences between types of retirement benefits, and the effectiveness of programs.
