We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a diverse portfolio of global brands in hand tools, hearing protection, lighting, and access equipment. This is a role where go-to-market strategy, product lifecycle management, and brand positioning converge.

Product Development: Provide market input and set priorities for new products. Provide ideas to facilitate product enhancement and cost/margin improvement. Work with Engineering to manage NPD Phase Gate Process. Lead Go-to-Market Execution: Support product launches, relaunches, and promotional efforts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Engage with Market: Gather insights from distributors and end users to inform product decisions and strategy. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with global product teams, sales, and operations to ensure market readiness and alignment. Deliver Strategic Roadmap: Within 6–12 months, build and present a roadmap for each brand, including growth opportunities and optimization areas. Improve Processes: Contribute to evolving PM tools, templates, and workflows; balance structure with flexibility.You’ll Work With: North American Sales & Marketing Engineering & Product Development European Global Product Managers Distributors, Channel Partners & End UsersRequirements/Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or related field required, MBA preferred 5+ years in product management within tools, equipment, or industrial durable goods. Familiarity with consumer goods and building materials markets as well as knowledge of professional trades (contractors, electricians, etc.) is strongly preferred Proven program/project management capability — able to juggle multiple brands and initiatives at different stages across global, cross-functional teams Adept at balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment Skilled in pricing, product lifecycle, channel dynamics, and GTM execution Comfortable pivoting quickly while still operating within a strategic framework Experience working with end-user profiles like contractors, builders, and tradespeople Able to build processes from scratch and drive cross-functional alignment High degree of business acumen and results driven Collaborative working style with an ability to work within a team in a hands-on capacity to achieve individual, team and organizational goals Comfortable operating in early-stage, scrappy environments. Prior experience with global collaboration and brands is strongly preferred Ability to travel up to 25-40% (mix of domestic and international).
