As a Commercial Operations Program Manager, you will collaborate with every facet of the Image Guided Therapy Devices Commercial Operations and Sales organizations to lead a broad spectrum of projects and work streams. You will work within the business and partnering teams to drive different programs to completion and present recommendations to cross-functional leaders. Project types may include process optimization, IT transformation, training, sales and hospital initiatives. To succeed, you will need to be able to see the big picture, organize the details, and to motivate stakeholders at all levels to team up to win.
Your role
Project Strategy & Approach: partner with senior leadership to develop program strategy, including scope, approach, timelines, budgets, governance, and program team structure
Lead Work Streams: partner with functional leaders and business experts to drive work streams; rapidly develop sufficient fluency in new technical or functional areas to manage projects and facilitate change
Project Planning: translate end-objective into detailed step by step plan by partnering with business process experts and functional leaders and leveraging your own experience
Project Management: oversee execution of project plan, driving stakeholder accountability, ensuring decision makers remain informed, adapting to roadblocks and hurdles, and identifying and mitigating risk. Tightly adhering to deadlines, schedules and project timelines.
Communication: communicate on a broad range of topics to all levels of the organization, including development of communication materials, workshop facilitation, etc.
You’re the right fit if
You’ve acquired 6+ of experience in working within commercial operations, corporate strategy, finance, or other analytically and process oriented function; experience as a management consultant strongly preferred.
Your skills include: Microsoft Project or equivalent, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel.
You have a Bachelors Degree. MBA or Masters preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You are results oriented, have strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, excel at resolving conflicts and driving action within and across teams and functions
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $140,401 to $163,800
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
