With over 40 years of experience and a presence worldwide, we deliver impactful programmes that inform, empower, and equip changemakers to drive positive social and environmental outcomes.

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Programmes team in the Manila office on a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the implementation of international projects within the Responsible Business portfolio. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will manage portfolio data, oversee financial and administrative processes, contribute to project monitoring and learning, and coordinate team activities. You will also lead specific capacity-building initiatives and organize convenings that advance our mission.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Senior Project Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate financial processes across the Responsible Business portfolio, including accounting, procurement, forecasting, and vendor management.

Support project implementation by organizing logistics for remote and in-person activities, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain project data and tools, such as work plans, risk registers, and financial trackers, ensuring alignment with TRF policies.

Lead project monitoring efforts, capturing data in Salesforce, documenting impact, and contributing to internal and external reporting.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning, supporting team discussions, documenting lessons learned, and participating in stakeholder events.

Manage consultant contracts and payments, ensuring timely execution and compliance with organizational procedures.

Provide administrative and logistical support, including travel coordination, contact management, and general portfolio operations.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Senior Project Coordinator if you have the following required qualifications:

At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar project coordination role, ideally within international development or human rights.

Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.

Strong experience with administrative and financial processes, including budget management and impact data monitoring.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with databases like Salesforce is a plus.

Fluency in English and willingness to align part of your working hours with UK time at least three times a week.

Under our Responsible Business work we encourage collaboration and harness data insights to promote responsible business practices and corporate transparency, enabling businesses to thrive whilst doing no harm. Corporations can contribute to social progress when they balance the short-term needs of their shareholders with the long-term impact on their stakeholders’ communities.

The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights call for corporations to protect and respect human rights. Around the world, new corporate due diligence regulations are requiring businesses to adopt more responsible, transparent practices that consider their impact on society. Investors are also seeking more sustainable and ethical forms of investment, adding pressure on business to increase corporate transparency. We leverage our networks and data intelligence to encourage responsible business practices that support more equitable economies. We work with businesses, investors, lawyers, civil society organisations and journalists to build understanding of how business decisions affect lives and livelihoods. Our work addresses issues from labour rights to the just transition to a greener economy.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to contribute to the Foundation’s work in the Responsible Business portfolio.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

Familiarity with responsible business practices, journalism, or media capacity-building, particularly in South Asia or Southeast Asia.

Knowledge of and passion for human rights.

Experience working effectively as part of a remote team on collaborative initiatives .

How to Apply:

To apply for this position, send your CV and cover letter in English describing how you meet the specifications for this role and provide your availability to start. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
