We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of technical projects including data centre fit outs, mechanical services upgrades, and capital works. Based in Brisbane, this permanent, onsite role involves managing a team and ensuring quality, safety, and financial performance across projects within a 100km radius.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery – from scoping and tendering to commissioning and handover Manage a skilled project team – coach and develop team members to deliver consistent outcomes Coordinate contractors and consultants – ensuring compliance with OH&S, QA, and legal standards Drive financial performance – forecast, track budgets, and manage P&L for your projects Maintain client relationships – lead meetings, manage expectations, and exceed KPIsWhat You’ll Bring
Proven experience delivering complex projects (data centres, HVAC/mechanical services, refurbishments or new builds) Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills Expertise in QA, OH&S, risk, and environmental compliance High-level financial acumen – cost control, cash flow, forecasting Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities A flexible, proactive mindset and commitment to high standardsQualifications & Desired Experience
Essential:
Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or similar Current Construction White Card Cert IV in OHS or equivalent field experience Proficient in MS Project, Word, ExcelDesirable:
Trade background (e.g., Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, etc.) NABERS or Green Star accreditation Membership with AIPM, IEAust, AIQS, or similar professional bodiesApply Now
