Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Portfolio Manager in Philadelphia, PA. Duties Include: * Lead the end-to-end portfolio management process, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking * Partner with business and IT stakeholders and PMs to align project investments with strategic goals * Facilitate governance processes, including steering committee meetings, gating reviews, and executive reporting * Monitor project health across the portfolio using KPIs, dashboards, and risk assessments * Create and deliver portfolio objectives aligned to corporate strategy * Coach project managers and Agile teams on best practices, delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall), and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) * Drive continuous improvement in portfolio delivery through process optimization and tool integration * Manage vendor relationships and support RFP/RFI processes for large-scale initiatives
