Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
负责协助部门负责人达成部门及公司的质量相关KPI，并主导IQC（来料质量控制）、PQC（过程质量控制）、OQC（出货质量控制）以及质量管理体系的有效运行。在制程品质管控、异常产品分析与判定、客户投诉处理、质量体系维护与提升、新员工质量培训等方面发挥核心作用。需支持新产品开发的质量控制环节，并参与制定相关品质标准和规范，以确保产品质量和客户满意度。YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
1. 生产质量支持与改善：
作为生产部门的质量技术支持，与工程、生产团队紧密合作，共同推动生产技术、生产效率和产品质量的持续改善。参与生产过程中的质量问题分析，提供专业的质量解决方案和改进建议。2. 异常产品管理与问题解决：
负责对生产过程中出现的各类产品质量异常进行深入分析，准确判定原因，并主导制定相应的纠正和预防措施。调查日常生产中存在的质量隐患和问题，并积极推动解决方案的实施。3. 供应商质量管理：
负责对供应商的供货质量进行管理和评估，建立并维护供应商质量档案。与供应商进行有效的沟通与合作，推动其持续提升产品质量，降低来料不良率。4. 制程质量控制与标准制定：
持续推动制程品质的提升和过程管控的优化，识别关键质量控制点。根据产品和工艺要求，制定清晰、可执行的制程质量标准和检验规范，并推动其有效实施。5. 新产品/新工艺/新设备/新物料导入的质量管控：
参与新技术、新制程、新设备、新项目以及新物料导入的质量风险评估和控制方案制定。负责设定新导入环节的品质要求和检验标准。6. 质量文件与培训：
负责编写、维护和更新各项品质操作指引、作业指导书和检验规程等质量文件。根据需要，对生产员工、技术员和QC人员进行相关的质量知识和技能培训，提升全员质量意识和操作水平。7. 质量控制计划执行与分析：
确保质量控制计划得到有效执行，并对执行结果进行数据分析，识别质量趋势，提出改进建议。8. 质量管理体系维护与改进：
负责公司质量管理体系（如ISO9001、ISO14001等）的维护和完善，确保体系的有效运行。负责公司文控体系和审核体系的维护和完善。负责组织、协调和准备公司内部质量审核，并积极参与外部审核。跟踪审核中发现的问题项，推动相关部门进行整改并验证其有效性。9. 客户投诉与客退品处理：
负责人合作处理客户投诉，深入分析客退品的问题原因。协调相关部门制定并落实改善方案，持续提升产品质量和客户满意度。10. 完成上级领导安排的其他相关的工作任务。
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先。五年以上制造业质量管理工作经验，具备RFID标签、电子、汽车等行业经验者优先考虑。熟悉质量管理体系的运作和维护。熟悉各种质量控制工具和方法（如SPC、MSA、FMEA、8D等），具备优秀的问题分析、解决和预防能力。熟悉并能灵活运用ISO9001/ISO14001等质量管理体系的要求，并能将其有效应用于日常工作中。具备积极主动的工作态度，强烈的学习意愿和快速学习能力。具备良好的抗压能力和高度的团队合作精神。具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行日常工作沟通和阅读英文技术文档。有新产品导入（NPI）质量管理或项目质量管理经验者优先。KEY PERFORMANCE ITEMS
