What you will be doingIn this role, you will design and develop new services and infrastructure and maintain our existing flagship cloud service product Pagero Online, which handles millions of transactions annually.You are curious and love to learn about new trends and techniques and how they can help us increase the value of our products to our customers.We believe you are a self-starter who likes solving problems and is eager to learn new things. In return, you will get access to an open-minded culture that is always open to new ideas, where you will have a great deal of influence over your daily work.About the RoleIn this opportunity as an Associate Integration Consultant, you will:Build strong relationships with the product management/development teamPlan and estimate technical design, development, deployment, and delivery tasksDevelop functionality based on directions and requirement specificationsDemonstrate completed functionality through sprint reviews as per the Definition of Done (DoD)Ensure testable code is produced and practice test-driven developmentTake overall responsibility and ownership of the individual deliverablesBe a self-motivated leader who is results-driven and a technology enthusiast

About youYou’re a fit for the role of Associate Integration Consultant if your background includes:A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent technical/professional qualificationMinimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-level business applications using Java-related technologiesProficiency in JVM-based languages, including Java, scalaWillingness to work with the functional programming language ScalaPossess extensive knowledge of back-end systems and services developmentGood understanding of microservices and DockerKnowledge of relational databases and SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsVery good knowledge of OOP concepts and design patternsKnowledge of relational databases and SQLVery good understanding of software engineering best practicesProficient experience in CICD, code reviews, design reviews, code coverage, unit testing, and test automationGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood understanding of agile software development practicesHigh attention to detail, self-organized and a methodical approach to work
