We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our Industrial Systems & Services Group. The Software Verification Engineer will design test cases and test station, will verify FPGA code developed for modern industrial electronics hardware that is used to monitor and control gas / steam turbines, or to control electro-hydraulic valves in gas / steam fuel systems in Large Scale Fixed Installations like Power Stations or Refineries or to control diesel and natural gas engines used for power generation, bus transportation, oil & gas exploration, and marine applications.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Requirements analysis, test plan and test cases creationAutomate testing using various tools and approachesExecute automated and manual testing per predefined test plansWorking with FPGA/Embedded/OS software developers to assure software quality  Expand existing automated test frameworks in Python (PyTest) to implement FPGA verification strategyTesting on real targets and instrumentation with “FPGA in the Loop” concept

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Good communication skills both in Polish and EnglishBetween 4-6 years of experience in software testingBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalentRequired good or very good knowledge/experience in:Python programmingObject Oriented programmingTest automationRequirement-based test case developmentRequirements management tools and version control systemsUsing laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQ, logic analyzers, etc.Problem solvingNICE TO HAVE:Linux knowledge and Bash programmingPyTest framework experienceGeneric understanding of FPGA workEmbedded C programming experienceISTQB Foundation Level certificateCI systems (Jenkins or Bamboo)Working on assigned tasks independently to meet schedule
