Summary: Seeking a Senior Substation Engineer with a PE license to lead technical development and project management in electrical engineering for high voltage substations.

Requirements:

4-year degree 15+ years of experience in consulting or substation engineering/design Stable work history with no gaps in the last 10 years PE license (OH preferred or working towards it)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with outdoor and yard electromechanical substation equipment Knowledge of relaying protection and control schemes

Responsibilities:

Serve as Project Engineer on complex projects Lead QAQC engineer coordination and reviews Assist with proposal development, estimating manhours, and construction cost estimates Develop scope and QAQC processes, review documentation Review/create electrical diagrams for high voltage substations Coordinate project document completion internally and externally Review design team work, check progress, alert Project Manager on needed changes Train less experienced team members in technical substation knowledge

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
