Enter vehicle data into the service database accurately and efficientlyBuild positive customer rapport and customer relationsMaintain service database records by recording estimates, repairs, and corrective actions plannedCollect data and prepare reports in an accurate and efficient mannerCode and record invoices and receipts for purchasesUpdate customers on progress, issues, and supplementsTrack technician time workedWork closely with the Accounts Receivable department to process payments on work orders
