RESPONSIBILITIES: + Greet customers promptly and professionally. + Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair services. + Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins. + Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns. + Maintain accurate records of all repair orders and customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: + Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a dealership Service Advisor/Writer + Experience working with CDK – a plus + Prior experience with General Motors (GM) vehicles – a plus + Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. + Acceptable driving record and valid Driver's License - REQUIRED + A team player who is driven to exceed customer expectations.
