Study & Understand Technical Aspect of Equipment & Process in our Product line. To plan & execute Overhauling/ Servicing of Equipment well in advance so as to maintain the output and its overall performance. To create a data base for the breakdown issues, down time, production data & quality issues happening during processing. To conduct safety checks on all the machines/installation site and people working around. To have close interaction with customer by satisfying their needs and in turn to get spare parts/services/change orders. To make detailed daily/weekly reports well in time on all the work performed on each machine/line/system. To ensure that any parts that needs replacement are available in stock and maintain critical spare parts inventory at customer site. To plan his travel and delegate work amongst people as a team so that work can be conducted in a fast pace To work on continuous improvement process on the performance of each machines. To supervise installation of all type of machines, pipe lines, cables, etc., and capable of supervising team of installation crew with safety and quality. Perform Final Acceptance Test (FAT). Plan & perform site Installation & Commissioning team. Co-ordinating with Project Manager during installation & commissioning from Start to End of the project. Why work at JBT ...
