Join us! **Job Description:** The **Service Management Data Engineer** supports the Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) Operations team which is responsible to ensure the assets (hardware/software) required to deliver services are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about those assets are available when and where it is needed. The SACM Operations team provides reporting and operational capability for managing the inventory within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB); including management of the Remedy internal product catalog. This job is responsible for driving efforts to develop and deliver complex data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals. Key responsibilities include leading code design and delivery tasks with the integration, cleaning, transformation and control of data in operational and analytical data systems.
