Overview ... Manage the service team in Japan, including technical supporting, field service, planning & administration for service & spare parts To carry out Service Sales activities - spare parts, service, ProCare & Upgrades Work closely with team, improving the overall service performance of the company in the Japan region for FoodTech Processing equipment, dealing with multinational firms as well as with local players Drive and develop proactive service mindset delivering superior service to our customers Participate in developing a 3-year strategic & operational plan, with quarterly forecast and action plan together with leadership Work closely with the leadership on defining and deploying new processes to improve service operations in the region Responsible to develop, nurture and mentor the Japan team, skill matrix, competence gap analysis and competence development programs Build strong relationship with other departments such as Project Management, Applications, Finance, HR, and the other Regional service teams Working closely with sales management in Japan to expand the product portfolio offered in Asia Pacific Be an integral part of the Key Account Management team in Japan Visiting key customers at their HQ (Procurement Directors, Engineering, Industrial Directors, etc.) and at their plants Updating weekly, reporting monthly sales and pipeline Strongly engaged in working with the regional Service teams to improve supply chain of parts and recruitment and training of new engineers and specialists.
