Summary: Seeking a Service Manager with expertise in mobile cranes to lead service operations, manage customer relations, and oversee technician work.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience in heavy construction equipment management or product support Experience with mobile hydraulic and crawler cranes required Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Skills:
Familiarity with scheduling and expediting the turnaround of a rental fleet Experience with Manitowoc, National, and Grove crane brands beneficialResponsibilities:
Lead all service operations including customer relations and P&L budgeting Ensure superior aftermarket service and support for parts, technical service, and related customer requirements Oversee technician's work area and prioritize work orders Negotiate warranty settlements and administer product warranty program Coordinate efforts with sales & marketing staffPay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
