Service Sales Manager

As our Service Sales Manager – you will report to the Director of Service. On a given day, you may: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Service sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Budget Management: Develop and manage the parts sales budget, and responsible for parts margin management, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve sales objectives. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Complete other duties as assigned by manager. We are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
