This position includes, but is not limited to, Scheduling and prioritizing work performed in the Middletown Hydraulic Cylinder Shop, assisting in providing quotes for customers, reviewing work orders before invoicing, and taking phone calls from internal and external customers. This position implements company policies and business strategies regarding Complete Hydraulic Service. JOB SUMMARY: This position includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and prioritizing work performed in the Middletown Shop, providing customer quotes, reviewing work orders before invoicing, and taking phone calls from internal and external customers. It also implements company policies and business strategies for Complete Hydraulic Service. COMPETENCIES: Must be able to handle multiple work assignments Must have working knowledge of hydraulics Must have working knowledge of machining Must have good computer skills Excellent communication skills Must be able to prioritize work and technician assignments Must be able to work closely with other internal and external customers to ensure a quality product. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduates are required. Three to five years’ experience in hydraulic component repair: cylinder, pump, motor, and valve. Must have working knowledge of hydraulic cylinders and machining. Must have two to five years’ prior supervisory experience recommended. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
