For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a:

Service Support (m/f)

(Fulltime| 40 hours)

As a Service Support employee you are supporting the Case Owners with their primary service processes by performing a variety of department-related administrative and customer support activities. You are part of the Service team and report directly to the Teamleader Service Support.

Key Responsibilities

You create service tickets in the system at the request of the Case Owners and create 'Purchase Requests' for the purpose of supplying goods or services of third parties.

You manage the service administration, where the executed work orders are converted into invoices, warranty claims, or are booked on the VCAs (Value Care Agreements).

You process incoming invoices for service tickets

You handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, such as phone or email

Qualifications

Secondary Vocational Education (MBO 3/4) administrative or technical direction;

Minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience in technical sector;

Interest in technology

Experience with ERP Systems (preferred);

Proficient in Dutch and English;
