The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Monitor technician’s performance, including productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.Assign service calls and work orders to technicians based on their skills and availability.Monitor the status of open repairs with workshop technicians.Provide some first level of support to Service Technicians requiring assistance.Ensure assigned personnel complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and all equipment is ready.Develop and/or assist with reviewing quotes for accuracy prior to communication with customers.Conduct pre-job safety meetings with personnel prior to leaving the facility.Facilitate invoicing of the completed service orders.Create “Repair Tags Quotes/Pick up tickets” for floor machines received from customers that drop off/pick up their own equipment, Sales, and our technician or delivery drivers.Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to technicians.Assist in providing excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process.Answer emails and calls in a timely manner.Schedule service appointments and route accordingly.Other duties as assigned. 3 - 5 years related experienceExcellent communication and written skillsHigh School Diploma / GEDAttention to detailStrong computer and administrative skillsExcellent listening and organization skills
