Job Description Insight Global is seeking a s a ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Analyst to work onsite in downtown Cincinnati 5 days a week. This individual will be a part of our ServiceNow Platform team and working hand in hand with the CMDB team. They will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB Workflows and Integrations. In this role you will target and support IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform. Additional responsibilities to deliver new functionality and enhancements to ServiceNow Discovery, Software and Hardware Asset Management, and Service Mapping. You will receive the opportunity to research and use new technologies as our ServiceNow Platform team implements the latest ServiceNow features. Skills and Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow toolset and integrations as well as a strong background  Experience with IT Service Management  Asset Management, Change Management, Request/ Service Catalogue  Experience with Strategy Portfolio Management  Demand Intake  Ideation Demand  Enhancements  Experience in Security Operations  Incident Management  Experience working in an environment with Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Virtual Private Networking Experience with building and maintaining CMDB in ServiceNow  Understanding of integration tools (CMDB, M365 Cloud, Adobe, Salesforce)  Experience with Software and hardware asset management, ServiceNow discovery and service mapping null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
