We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. **A DAY IN THE LIFE** + Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, HR, Project Management, CMDB), including scripting and configuration of UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, and workflows to enhance platform functionality and user experience. + Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and contribute to strategic planning of ServiceNow capabilities and upgrades. + Perform system integrations and data migrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms. + Ensure platform security and compliance, including role-based access controls, data protection standards, and audit readiness. + Monitor system performance and conduct regular platform health checks to ensure stability and reliability. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, customizations, and integrations. + Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and effective use. + Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, applying new capabilities to continuously improve the platform. + Provide leadership and direction to one direct report; including mentorship, task oversight, and regular performance feedback to support professional growth and ensure high-quality platform support. **NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred); Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist (preferred). + Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in ITSM, HR, Project Management, CMDB, and automation. + Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and development tools. + Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and PowerShell. + Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. + Proficient in MS office + Ability to travel as needed (~10%). **MAKE YOUR MOVE** We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
