ServiceNow Developer with German

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

EY GDS Poland, as part of EY's global service delivery network, is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, particularly in modules like ITSM, CMDB, or ITOM. You will work with global enterprise clients across industries, collaborating closely with architects and delivery teams to implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges. Knowledge of German is required to support our international client engagements.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM. Collaborate with solution architects and project teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Implement integrations with external systems and contribute to enhancements and automations. Participate in workshops with stakeholders to provide recommendations for best possible solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development best practices. Prepare technical documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals. Support testing, deployment, and user acceptance phases. Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal capability building within the ServiceNow team.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

Solid experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer and Service Catalog. Hands-on experience with various modules implementations. Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile project delivery methodologies. Knowledge of integrations within ServiceNow. Experience with version control, clean code principles, and structured testing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience and CSA certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are preferred. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

Exposure to ServiceNow architecture or willingness to grow towards solution design roles. Proven experience with REST/SOAP integrations successfully delivered in client projects. Experience supporting project delivery in global, multilingual environments.
