Silent FX Lift Truck Operator

The Forklift operator will transport, maintain, test, and monitor our most valuable board as it is cut and processed through the machinery.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Achieve & maintain forklift certification
+ Safely & efficiently operate a forklift
+ Monitor/Test/Inspect product for Quality before transporting to the warehouse
+ Cross-trained and able and willing to operate other equipment as needed
+ Monitor End-Tape
+ Complete SMAT audits / 5S Audits
+ Able to sort board weighing up to 150 lbs.
+ Able to measure squareness on the 100 and 200 sections
+ Able to load pallets in section 600.
+ Able to clean out the SFX bag house upon jam.
+ Assist in getting a WCP (world-class product) to our customer, the warehouse
+ Maintain Production Records accurately and timely manner
+ Maintain the 5S of the area
+ Dump hoppers
+ Autonomous Maintenance
+ Be willing to do IARS in facilitating and participating.
+ Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
+ Be willing to help cover for vacations
+ Rotating Shifts
+ Perform LOTO as required
+ Team participation in WCM activities
Working Conditions

+ High School or equivalent
+ Forklift Certification required
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Must be a team player and willing to cover the vacations of others in the department
+ Accountable for Housekeeping, Safety, Quality (Customer Satisfaction), and Productivity
+ Ability to demonstrate acceptable attendance and workdays, nights, or weekends as scheduled.
+ Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.
+ Ability to work in a warehouse setting, including various climate environments.
+ Ability to work in production floor elements, including dust, noise & odors.
